I did a lot of research on jewelry boxes before choosing this one. The shipping was almost $10, which was entirely too high for this tiny jewelry box. It is cheaply made, it is not leather and it is smaller than the dimensions indicate. It is 9" wide, 5" tall and 6" across. I am tempted to send it back but it took so long to get here and the birthday we needed it for was last week- plus I would lose all that money in shipping! Don't make the same mistake I did!!
