This is a nice product. Heavy, durable and classy. THe problem is the box that it is shipped in. The manufacturer's container is thin and fragile and does not ship well. Add to that Amazon ships it in a box that is much larger and surrounds the product with paper. In transit the item slides around, comes out of the box, scratches, looses knobs and comes apart. Additionally, the strofoam comes apart and sticks to the velvet interior! Amazon immediately replaced my first item. Yet the second one is in similar/slightly better condition. Be aware of the shipping problem with this product.
